AODAI has established proprietary planting bases across 5 premium ingredient origins — including Changbai Mountain, Jinshan Rose, and Zhangjiajie Vine Tea — supported by a complete raw material traceability system. Every ingredient can be traced back to its origin and tracked to its destination.
R&D and Quality Control: 11 Specialized Laboratories
The company operates 11 specialized functional laboratories, covering full-category testing capabilities including innovation, sensory analysis, efficacy evaluation, preservation challenge testing, emulsification, physicochemical testing, and stability testing. AODAI also runs a group-owned, CMA-certified third-party testing institution, providing independent verification for every data point reported to brand partners.
Production Management: Rigorous Stage-by-Stage Inspection
AODAI enforces strict stage-by-stage inspection protocols across the entire manufacturing process:
Raw materials — Tested on a batch-by-batch basis
Semi-finished products — Undergo 72-hour sanitation monitoring and 720-hour destructive testing
Packaging materials — Sampled and inspected under the GM2828 sampling plan
Finished products — Receive full-item inspection before any shipment leaves the facility
Every batch of raw material, semi-finished product, and finished product is retained as a sample until 6 months past the product's shelf life, in full compliance with ISO 22716 EU Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practices standards.
