-
Pre-production Process
Air quality is tested biweekly, purified water daily, and raw materials batch-by-batch. Reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment equipment is adopted to meet high-purity water standards.
-
Physical & Chemical Testing
Semi-finished products undergo 72-hour hygiene and stability tests and pre-filling sample checks.Full inspections cover physical, chemical, organoleptic and microbial indicators in line with GMPC standards.720-hour destructive and cross-destructive tests are carried out during R&D to ensure stable new product quality.
-
Packaging Material Testing
Prior to warehousing, packaging materials are randomly inspected in accordance with the GM2828 sampling plan and fully inspected before production; strict specialized cleaning, disinfection and sterilization procedures are implemented for packaging materials.
-
Production Stage
Production on-site engineers monitor the emulsification process; quality inspectors confirm the first samples of filling and packaging, and oversee the entire process of bottle washing, filling and packaging. Ingredients are double-checked, and sufficient safety and efficacy tests are conducted for mass production.
-
Shipping & Delivery Phase
Pre-shipment inspection of finished products.
-
R&D Phase
Raw material screening and performance verification are implemented to avoid risks from the source and ensure the feasibility of design solutions.
-
Process Control
Real-time monitoring of key parameters during the production process, with strict implementation of first-piece inspection, in-process inspection and final-piece inspection systems.
-
Shipment Inspection
Conduct comprehensive final inspection on all finished products to ensure 100% compliance with quality standards and customer requirements upon delivery.
